The F1 podcast that takes the sport seriously… just not itself.
Let's be clear upfront. There are a lot of Formula 1 podcasts. Most of them sound like a debrief with the FIA. Some of them sound like a TED Talk about tyre degradation.
This is neither.
What it actually is
Idiots of F1 is what happens when four people watch a race, form very strong opinions, and then refuse to keep them to themselves.
We cover the race. Plus everything in-between and around. We just don't do it like we're applying for a job at Sky Sports.
You'll get the moments that mattered — on and off-track — the moments that didn't but we're going to argue about anyway, and takes that feel right in the moment, even if they age terribly 48 hours later.
We're not here to just tell you what happened. You watched it. Or at least you saw the highlights. We're here for what it meant, what it felt like, and who deserves to be shit-canned this week.
What you'll actually hear
Rear View Review
"Missed the race? We'll catch you up. Watched the race? We'll make you care again." This is the recap. But not the boring kind. It's fast. It's opinionated. It's occasionally accurate.
Grid Walk & Trash Talk
Predictions, previews, and absolutely no accountability. A quick look ahead at the next race. Tight. Punchy. Slightly unhinged.
Haas You Been Paying Attention
The quiz. The chaos. The reason reputations get ruined weekly. It's the most structured part of the show. It's also the least controlled.
What's Verstappenin
Fast takes. Short patience. No filtering. We close every episode by ripping through the rest of the week's headlines.
Why listen
You want a reason to care about the race again on Monday. A version of events that isn't sanitised. A conversation that sounds like the one you had with your mates, just louder and slightly less informed.
We assume you know the sport. We assume you don't. We assume nothing so cover everything.
Why it's better than other F1 podcasts
Not smarter. Not more informed. Just better to listen to.
No pretending — we're not ex-drivers. We're not engineers. We're not going to fake it.
It's built on tension — disagreement isn't edited out. It is the show.
It actually sounds like F1 feels — fast. Messy. Dramatic. Occasionally ridiculous.
If you want arguments you'd happily join, opinions you'll agree with until you don't, and a podcast that makes the sport feel alive again —
Welcome to Idiots of F1.
